Return & Exchange Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, all skin and body care items cannot be returned once they are received. Returns and exchanges are only valid if:
1. You have received a wrong item.
2. You have received a damaged or defective item.

Defective or Wrong Orders:
In the case of defective items, wrong orders, or items damaged during delivery, Serenity Skin Care will cover all shipping and handling charges for the exchange. You can also contact us directly via direct messages on our Instagram page.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please note that you have 24 hours to contact us to cancel it for you. You can request this via direct messages on our Instagram page or email us at:

Refunds
If eligible for a return, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase or to any online payment gateway (Online Wallet or Bank Account). For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are credited back within 5-10 days.
Exchanges
If eligible for an exchange, another package will be delivered to you within 4-6 working days. Please hand over the wrong/defective package to the courier.
