Refund policy
- Products cannot be returned once they are received
RETURNS & EXCHANGE are only available :
- you have received a WRONG item.
- you have a DAMAGED or DEFECTED item.

5- A clear photo of the item received
In the case of DEFECTED items, WRONG orders, or items DAMAGED during delivery by the courier, Serenity will cover all shipping and handling charges for the exchange.
- If eligible for an EXCHANGE then another package will be delivered to you
(4 - 6) WORKING DAYS,
you are required to give the wrong/defected package to the courier. - If eligible for a RETURN, it will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase or to any online payment gateway (Online Wallet or Bank Account) in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD).
Refunds are credited back
(5 - 10) DAYS.
In case you want to CANCEL your order, please note that you have a 12-HOURS to contact us to cancel it for you.
